Description
Fondan 20 is a special sugar glaze preserving gloss and smooth surface and after prolonged storage. Designed for the production of creamy filling and exquisite decorations of confectionery. Do not heat above 50 degrees. It can be diluted to a maximum of 10% water. It is suitable to mix with colorants, flavors, fruit concentrates and alcohol.
